These insulation batts are available in R-Values of R1.0, R1.5, R2.0 and R2.5 and are also suitable to be used between floors.In most Australian climates, an R1.5 in the external wall would be considered a minimum. At 90mm thick, it fits nicely in most wall cavities, providing a moderate level of thermal  protection.
